The holiday season in Boston and Cambridge is magical, with city lights twinkling and festive decor everywhere. If you’re planning a holiday party, why not make it an unforgettable experience on the Charles River? Hosting your holiday party in Boston or Cambridge with the Charles River Boat Company offers a unique venue that combines breathtaking views, customizable options, and a memorable atmosphere for your guests. Unlike traditional holiday party venues in Boston, a Charles River cruise surrounds you with iconic city sights, making it perfect for corporate events, family gatherings, and more.
Whether you’re local to Boston or Cambridge, visiting for the first time, or hosting a mix of both kinds of people, our boat is the perfect holiday event venue. Step aboard and escape the chilly weather by cruising along on our fully enclosed and heated boat, the Henry Longfellow. You’ll be surrounded by a winter wonderland from the comfort of our boat equipped with a full bar, tasty food, and festive music. It is the perfect way to host your annual Boston holiday party, a special way to connect with clients or your corporate team, or an exciting way to gather your friends together for a holiday party on our boat in Cambridge.
Enjoy our full onboard bar and your own first mate/bartender! Choose from a menu of festive holiday themed cocktails and mocktails such as the Holiday Sparkler, Mistletoe Margarita, or a delicious Jingle Juice. Our menu also includes beer, wine, and soft drinks; if you’re feeling creative, add a signature drink to make the event truly unique to your group.
What is one thing that everybody loves about the holiday season? The food! From savory appetizers to sweet desserts, there is an option for everyone. Select from our assortment of menus, from stationary appetizers to a fully staffed, plated meal—the choice is yours. If you’re truly looking to indulge in the holiday spirit, add our Winter Solstice Buffet for some holiday favorites like a Butternut Squash Soup, a Baked Potato Bar, a Hot Chocolate and Coffee Station, and some Snickerdoodle cookies for dessert. Dine with your guests while taking in the gorgeous views of Boston and Cambridge—your holiday party is going to be one to remember.
One exclusive perk of booking your event with Charles River Boat Company is that we are happy to offer a free glass of prosecco to all guests upon boarding if your event occurs before December 15th, 2024! Gather your guests and grab some boarding bubbly as you sail along for an unforgettable holiday event.
