Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your cruise. Protocols will be adjusted during each phase of reopening according to the CDC and State of Massachusetts guidelines.
Public Cruises
At this time, our public cruises have been delayed until the beginning of July. Sightseeing, cocktail, and sunset cruises in July are available to book online at this time. If for any reason the cruises cannot occur due to restrictions from COVID-19, we are happy to reschedule the tickets for another cruise time. All architecture tours have been delayed until further notice.
Diligent Cleaning & Sanitation – We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests at the ticket booth and onboard our vessels.
Social Distancing – Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour when possible. Family members will be permitted to sit together without social distancing requirements. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE should it be required by the state of Massachusetts. We will follow Massachusetts state guidelines for reduced capacity operation to allow for the necessary social distancing.
Wellness Checks – We have a set screening protocol for all employees. Any employee who feels ill or demonstrates COVID symptoms is required to stay home and is not permitted to enter any facilities or work their shift. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
