To provide for all of your cruise services, our staff is compensated with a wage that is higher than the current service wage rate. The administrative fee does not represent a gratuity or tip, but is used for certain direct cruise costs. If you feel your crew did an exceptional job and you would like to give them a gratuity, it may be added to your invoice by contacting our Sales Office. The crew never expects a tip, but it is much appreciated.
